Tejas SteelWorks ’67-’72 C10 LS Swap Mounts

Description

These are LS Swap mounts for 1967-1972 C10 trucks. (NOT FOR LT ENGINES) They provide the same engine position as our famous Squarebody LS mounts allowing you to keep the LS truck oilpan flush with the crossmember, and keep the low mount A/C compressor.

They replace the factory engine stands with a one piece bracket that accepts ’98-’02 Camaro/Firebird V8 clamshell mounts (not included). The clamshell mounts go on the engine, then the engine will set into these engine stands.
We provide all the mounting hardware for the engine block, frame and motor mounts. The user will need to provide a set of 3064 clamshell rubber mounts. We highly recommend Anchor brand. We have not received any feedback on polyurethane equivalents.

NOTE: 1967 MODEL C10 FRAMES HAVE A FLANGE THAT MUST BE REMOVED FOR THIS CONVERSION.
’68-’72 models may require limited trimming of the upper frame flange. Mounting holes on top of the frame rail will need to be drilled.

C10 frame rails are 5.5 inches high at the motor mount location. If you have a C20 or C30, measure that height and call us if it is different.
