The Basics

When we complete your order, you will receive an email telling you so. This is where we process your shipping label.

You can track your order at UPS.com/track, select track by reference number, and provide your 4 digit order number and the zip code where you are having it delivered.

Occasionally, the labels are created and order completed email sent one or two days before a truck is available to pick up your shipment. Just check back for any update.

If a part of your order is backordered, we may send the rest of your order and create a shipping label for the backordered product. These will go out as soon as the product is available. Lok for notes on the invoice included in your shipment for ETAs.
